Ross came to our first meeting with information regarding his process that was what we were looking for. He was extremely confident that he could provide us with an overall program that would give us the best alternative to find a buyer for our house. We had around 25 showings in about 10 days to 2 weeks and we were able to sell the house. We got a good price, but we had hoped for more. The couple offered about $11 to $12 below our listing price and then had conditions that required us to spend more to make improvements.
